- Website refers to UpNourish, accessible from www.upnourish.co
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order till it is dispatched from our premises. After the product is dispatched you cannot cancel your order.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the intimation of cancellations of Order. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
The weight management program cost has to be paid in full while signing up (on the website or on consultation with any of our team members) and shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
The Goods cannot be returned once they are purchased.
